Cancellation of racing
Racing can be cancelled due to bad weather, etc. No alternative arrangements are
made, however there are many local attractions and sights to be visited and enjoyed and, where appropriate, the hotel's excellent leisure facilities are available. If the racecourse
refunds admission fees, these will be passed on to our guests.
If we cancel
Bowood Leisure reserve the right to cancel a break if a minimum number of bookings
has not been received. If this occurs, a full refund will be made.
If you cancel
The following cancellation charges will apply:
28 or more days prior to the break = Your deposit
Between 14 & 28 days prior to the break = 50% of package price
Cancellation within 14 days of the break = 100% of package price
