Eurostar - the international high-speed passenger train service that runs from London (St Pancras) to Paris (Gare du Nord) in approximately 2¼ hours. The carriages, all fully air-conditioned, have comfortable seats and a buffet car facility.
Paris - Pavement artists in Monmartre, cruises down the Seine, the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, a stroll along the Champs Elysees, the Left Bank, the Latin Quarter, Sacré Coeur, Notre Dame - need we say more! And of course the home of Longchamp and the Prix de L'Arc de Triomphe.Longchamp - the "Ascot" of Paris. Excellent viewing allows the racegoer to appreciate and enjoy the quality racing which abounds over both days of the "Arc" meeting. And of course the Arc itself, which needs no introduction to racing folk. Hotel Ibis Paris Montmartre St Lazare has been regularly used by us for previous "Paris & the Arc" trips. It offers en-suite rooms with hair-dryer and TV, with a Metro station nearby. Continental breakfast is served on a buffet-style basisSituated in the Rue Caulaincourt, close to the Place de Clichy, the hotel is also
very convenient for Pigalle, Sacré-Coeur, Montmartre and the Moulin Rouge. The Metro and bus stops at the Place de Clichy are only a short distance away. It also has its own pull-in for coaches, which facilitates all our Paris transfers.

Please note:-
Many of our guests regularly make their own way to our Paris hotel, and join us
there, for which we offer a £100 p.p. reduction in our package price. This could
be of particular benefit to regional guests, who prefer to fly from their local
airport, avoiding the need to be at London St Pancras early Friday morning for the
Eurostar departure. Once at our hotel in Paris, all the subsequent components of
our package (i.e. Ibis hotel B & B accommodation, Longchamp transfers, etc,) are
included.
We are of course happy to advise on the alternative travel options available. For
example, apart from the obvious flight options, the Ibis hotel is not far (at the
Place de Clichy) from the Peripherique and has its own multi-story car park
alongside.
If interested in a non-Eurostar option for our Arc trip, please email or
telephone, and we will happily send the appropriate brochure/booking form.
Thank you
